Delivery time
Shipping within the EU usually takes around 7 business days. For countries outside the EU, delivery may take 3–4 weeks, depending on customs processing times.
Express delivery outside the EU
If you wish to receive your order faster, Express shipping is available for €35. Please contact me directly to arrange it.
Order corrections
What if I made a mistake when placing my order?
If you notice any mistake in your order details, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll update the information before shipping.
What if the package is already shipped and the courier cannot modify the details?
In that case, the package will be returned to us, and you’ll need to cover the shipping cost again for resending.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package gets lost or doesn’t arrive, it will return to us automatically, and we will resend it once it arrives back. Please note that for standard delivery, once your package leaves Spain (where your jewelry is handcrafted and shipped from), it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service. We no longer have access to additional tracking details after it leaves Spain. However, if this happens, we will remake your order free of charge, but you’ll still need to pay for the shipping cost again. If you’d like better tracking and control, we can ship via UPS instead of the standard Spanish postal service (Correos). Please note that UPS rates are different, so the delivery price may change
Ring size issues
We always recommend not measuring your size at home — it’s best to visit a local jewelry store to be 100% sure about your ring size. If your ring doesn’t fit, you can send it back to us, and we’ll resize it for you without any problem.
Customs fees
Please note that customs fees or import taxes in your country are not included in the item price. Make sure to track your parcel and pay any customs charges on time to avoid delivery delays.
